Order & Delivery

Where is my order confirmation email?

Please check your junk folder, as sometime our emails can drop in there. For info on your order simply drop our team an email on support@fitnessbug.co.uk

Where is my order?

At FitnessBug we aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs unless otherwise mentioned on the product page. Once the order has been dispatched it can take up to 4 working days for delivery.

I have only received half of my order, what do I do?

Normally, multi parcel consignments get delivered at the same time but occasionally can get separated at the depot and be delivered by different drivers which can be on different days. Please allow few days for other parcels to turn up. If it still doesn’t arrive then please do get in touch at support@fitnessbug.co.uk

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders once confirmed.

My order is missing an item?

We are sorry to hear your order was missing items. Please contact us via email to  support@fitnessbug.co.uk and include order details.

Our team will be in touch to get arrange a replacement and resolve this issue for you. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

My order is late?

Sometimes orders can get delayed at the courier’s end. Please contact the courier first if you have the tracking number. If you do not have a tracking number then please contact us on support@fitnessbug.co.uk and our team will help you resolve it.

My goods have arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your goods have arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible along with the proof of damage.

Cancellation & Returns

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fitnessbug.co.uk Our team will try to help you but it is not always possible as the order may have already been shipped from our warehouse in which case can no longer be cancelled.

How do I return my order?

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.

Please be aware all goods must be in a new resalable condition; the product must not be defective or used by the client and must contain all original parts and accessories. This must include all original packaging and tags.

To initiate the returns process, please email support@fitnessbug.co.uk with the details of your order and why you would like to return it. FitnessBug team will get back to you within 24hrs and will let you know the next steps to follow in order to return the product.

Please be aware any costs for returning an item must be covered by you the client (unless the product is faulty, or you have received the incorrect item).
