What is a wall ball?
A wall ball is a brilliant addition for any home gym user and is actually far more versatile than it is given credit for! Typically a wall ball is used to throw at a wall and then catch it. However, you can also use it to offer resistance to any core and stability exercises or as part of a weighted carry or even as part of your conditioning routine.
What size wall ball should I buy?
The wall ball has different weights. It weighs in at 3kg, 4kg, 5kg, 6kg, 7kg, 8kg, 9kg, 10kg, 12kg, and 14kg. You should choose the one that is most suitable for your body. If you are a beginner then start from lower weight and can gradually move to heavier, once you get the grip.
